Your Mission: Shape the future of intralogistics with us!

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the expansion of our company on international markets. Your expertise in sales and your strategic thinking are essential to strengthen and further expand our market position.

Your role in the team

  • Customer acquisition: You identify potential customers and build relationships through active customer acquisition, including participation in trade fairs and industry-specific events.
  • Market observation: You continuously analyze market and sales trends in order to adapt and optimize our sales strategy accordingly.
  • Presentations: You will effectively present our concepts and solutions to potential and existing customers to clarify our offering and highlight our benefits.
  • Sales calls and workshops: You will prepare and conduct sales calls, as well as workshops with prospective customers to offer detailed insights into our products and services.
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process: As a Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the sales process, from lead evaluation to the successful conclusion of the order negotiation. You will ensure that every step of the process is efficient and effective in order to achieve the best possible results.
  • Managing the sales team: You manage the team that supports you in these processes. Your task is to motivate and lead the team in order to achieve common sales targets.
  • Contract negotiation: You conduct negotiations and contract award talks in order to successfully conclude contracts.

This extensive responsibility not only allows you to have a direct impact on the success of the company, but also gives you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and lead the sales team to success.

Focus on your profile

  • Education: You have successfully completed a degree in a technical or business field or have a comparable qualification through training with subsequent further training.
  • Professional experience: You have sound sales experience, especially in the sale of complex intralogistics systems or in special machine construction. This experience is crucial in order to understand the needs and challenges of our customers and to offer effective solutions.
  • Understanding of logistics processes: You have a very good understanding of logistics workflows and processes in order to analyze our customers' requirements and develop optimal system solutions.
  • Communication and negotiation skills: You have strong communication and negotiation skills that enable you to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Language skills and mobility: Very good German and English skills are required to work effectively in our international environment. In addition, a high willingness to travel is expected in order to support customers worldwide and open up new markets.
